“We worked with Cindy Tetreault at Grand Living Reality on both buying our house in Grand Haven AND selling our house in Seminole Woods. It was a perfect experience on both. Cindy was constantly working for us, communication was great and we were always kept informed. Not only did we find a great agent, but we also gained a good friend. We highly recommended Cindy to anyone that is thinking of buying or selling.”

“We met our realtor during a parade of homes. After being prejudged and dismissed by another realtor we met Cindy Tetreault. Cindy worked with us and with no pressure. Because of her professionalism she not only assisted us in the purchase of a home, we decided to list with her in the sale of our other property. Cindy is a true professional.”

Why are you a Realtor? My first thought was I am a Realtor because being Queen was already taken, but seriously I love what I do. Some of our best friends were first customers that became wonderful friends. I love looking at homes and how they are decorated. HGTV is one of my favorite channels! I really like to help people move to their next chapter in life.
What is your specialty? I have my Senior Real Estate Designation which is helping seniors “right size” to their next home.
How long have you been a Realtor? Since 2010 in Palm Coast and 1981-1985 in Nashville TN
What is your favorite thing about being a Realtor? I like meeting people, listening to their wants and needs for their next home and finding that “perfect” match. I am as excited as they are when I find the “perfect” home for them.
Selling a home for someone can be bittersweet depending on the reason for selling. My personality is to want to help people, so with either buyers or sellers, I can do that!
How did you find/decide to move to Flagler County? We moved to Flagler County in 2004. We were living in Washington DC on a sailboat. The last winter there was quite chilly and we had the opportunity to open a wholesale mortgage branch in the area. We came here by boat, enjoying 6 weeks of slowly navigating the Intracoastal waterway and all the small towns along the way. We docked at Palm Coast Marina and soon started to explore the area. Palm Coast was perfect for us and only minutes to the beach! We soon sold the boat and boat an adorable little yellow house with a white picket fence in Grand Haven. Just like some I saw in the small towns on our trip here.
Where is your dream place to live? That’s a tough question. Maybe the Cotswold in England, a thatched cottage in Ireland or downtown Savannah, GA.
What’s your favorite travel destination? England, Ireland, Scotland and Italy. Still have France, Iceland and Norway on my bucket list.
Do you have any pets? We currently have a sweet, sweet cat named Sasha.
What are your hobbies? I really like to play in my flower garden, walk on the beach and collect shells, play with my cat and read. When time allows I love to travel.
What’s your favorite childhood memory? My favorite childhood memory was coming to the beach with my family from Nashville, TN. I would get so excited seeing the ocean and never thought I would live here.
Share something unique about yourself. Just found out I am from Danish/Viking heritage! Maybe that is why I enjoyed living on our sailboat. In a past life I was Public Relations Director at the highest attended weekly, short track in NASCAR. That was years ago when Earnhardt, Waltrip, Wallace and the oldie guys were around.
What community groups/organizations are you involved in? I am in the Grand Haven Women’s Club which raises money for local charities.
