“Deb went above and beyond to assist us with needed repairs and prepping to get the job done! True professional, reliable and trustworthy. I would highly recommend Deb!” – Paul and Rosemary Bowman
“Deb, you amazed us from day 1 with your energy and enthusiasm for getting our home marketed and getting us not only 1 full offer but 2! You were such a big help in telling us what we needed to do to prepare and then guiding us through the entire process. It was so difficult to be looking for a new home in WA while packing and getting ours sold. You really pulled it off nicely and were a huge help. We cannot thank you enough!” – Coach and Betty Blakeslee
“Deb sold our condo in Spruce Creek within 1 month from listing. She professionally dealt with a challenging tenant & managed checklist repairs directly as well as through the property management company. Nice work!!” – Dan & Jennifer Lugar
“Deb Hurst was our realtor when my mother’s health went into decline and we needed to sell her house. Except for one weekend when I and my siblings were in town to declutter the house, it was being done long distance. The inspection turned up some unexpected needed repairs. Deb took care of hiring the repairman and overseeing the results. She even took on the estate sale of the items that mom was unable to take to the assisted living facility. We got a fair price and the closing went without a hitch. I would highly recommend Deb as a true, caring professional.” – Dee and Kathy Love
“We worked with Deb Hurst as our realtor when selling our home and we were impressed with her from the beginning. Her presentation during the interview process was thorough and notable. She has attributes that are necessary to be a successful agent. She is business savvy and market knowledgeable, with excellent computer skills. She is always professional, diligent and responsive. But, more importantly, she takes pride in her work and has a heartfelt desire to satisfy her clients.” – Sandy and Irwin Lynch
“We had been looking for some time and had met several realtors in our travels. When we met Deb Hurst, it was evident this was the person we needed. Deb goes above and beyond to make sure the entire process is seamless. Her professionalism, dedication and integrity is remarkable. Deb has helped us purchase two homes and has helped us sell one. She also has been an integral part in marketing a large parcel of land presently for sale. Deb has been assisting us since 2011 to present. You will do well having her on your ‘team’ whether you are selling or buying.” – Jeanelle and Fred Johnson
“I was the Personal Representative for dear friends that passed away and we hired Deb to help us with dispose of the contents and sell the home. Deb was wonderful in every way possible. She had great knowledge on all the surrounding areas, people and prices. We could not have asked for more honesty or integrity in a person you leave in charge of one of the most personal possessions. A house is part of that family you build and it takes on caricature that makes it a home along the way. So if you want someone that listens and respects you, Deb is the right person for you.” – Jane Beardslee
“Deb has a unique and professional technique in marketing our home on numerous websites which led to receiving two offers in the first week!! We were able to sell our home for top dollar due in part to Deb’s exceptional feedback in staging and preparing our home for sale. I wouldn’t consider another realtor if I have a need in the future!” –Beth and John Chariton

I also have a passion for the elderly and people going through probate. I help them to relocate into more suitable living arrangements when needed, downsize their belongings, prepare and plan for a move, estate liquidation and get reestablished in a new community.
What community groups/organizations are you involved in? In the past I’ve volunteered with Big Brothers & Sisters, Meals on Wheels, Womens Safe Shelters and working with homeless ministries.
