ORLANDO, Fla., February 2018 – Lindsay Dolamore, broker and CEO of Grand Living Realty in Palm
Coast, has been installed as District 2 vice president of Florida Realtors ® , the state’s largest professional
association. He will serve his fellow professionals in District 2, which encompasses Flagler, Volusia and
Brevard counties. Dolamore is a member of the Flagler County Association of Realtors ® .
“New construction is adding to the supply of attractive homes in our market,” says Dolamore, who is
active in residential and commercial brokerage, as well as real estate development. “We expect a strong
market in 2018, particularly with historically low interest rates.”
A leader in regional and state real estate organizations, Dolamore served as 2016 president of the Flagler
County association and was president of its multiple listing service (MLS) organization. He has been a
director of the state association, and served as chair of its Professional Standards Forum.
Dolamore says there have been many magical moments in his real estate career. “As a new real estate
professional, I listed and sold an art teacher’s unique home with different wall and carpet colors for each
room,” he says. “I advertised the listing in a local art association’s publication, which attracted the perfect
buyer for this very special home.”
As district vice president for the state association, Dolamore will focus on enhancing Florida Realtors’
advocacy, education and support programs for real estate professionals. “As Realtors, we do so much more
for families than just open a door,” he says. “Our association is a powerful advocate for homeowners, and
every day our members strive to change the lives of Floridians for the better.”
Florida Realtors® serves as the voice for real estate in Florida. It provides programs, services, continuing
education, research and legislative representation to its 180,000 members in 54 boards/associations.
